Of course it's all about Da Money. Does that mean teams should essentially get home games to play for the National Championship?

LSU is playing for their 3rd National Championship. All 3 in their home state where they are 2-0, (soon to be 2-1). Same with other big programs. USC has won all of their titles plaing in California. Yep, nice weather, but is it fair?

Miami has the same stats. 4 of the 5 Miami championships were won in the Orange bowl. They didn't leave their own lockers. Florida is the only Florida team that has won all their championships (2) outside the state of Florida.

I agree it's the money talking. Hence, Ohio State who travels well going to play LSU in their home state. Money talks. I think the best Championship game would have been USC playing Oklahoma. Neither of these teams would travel well to Louisianna so it econically didn't make sense to the greedy BCS folks.

With all that said. Next year the Buckeyes will be very tuff. I hear they got a good Junior class. Sounds like me, my Spartans and the Buckeyes will have a good 2008.
