This will be my last comment, and I don't want to be rude, but-----------
1. By the time the court rules on this decision, it will be too late, we should have had an opportunity to voice our opinion up front.
2. Yes, you can petition the court if you have the funds to hire an attorney!
3. Some of us have very serious health problems, that require ongoing medical care, and without health insurance, that covers pre-existing conditions, you can't afford medical care and medications.How much is new insurance going to cost for 4600 seniors retirees, especially if you're not 65 and not getting medicare. Dental and eye care benefits are good benefits, but there are more serious health issues. Again thank everyone who has read my messages.
