Strategist,
You claim to have written an article for the Harvard Business Review's October
issue (see below). However, after careful Review of this publication, I can
find no such article. I had previously asked you which page in which it appears
and you failed to reply to that particular request. I have gone through each
article contained in this issue and could find no references to unions in any
of them.
I am challenging you to explain this matter, or face the consequences.
No reply, no sympathy. Your credibility is at stake once again.

failure within the period of 2000-2010. The piece describes the historical decline of unions after their dominance in 1960-1970. You can easily find the piece s it is the only one which is not about union attrition and strength, and the last one to fall is the NEA. It can be obtianed at most libraries, Costco's, or online at the HBR. Enjoy.
